Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and mentor our team, managing projects and future work pipeline, interfacing with key clients, conducting business development activities.

This is a pivotal role within the Structures team, driving innovation and excellence in engineering design.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Chartered membership of Institute of Engineers Australia, Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) status, and at least 15 years' demonstrated experience in structural engineering.

Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards is essential, along with proven experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projects.

Able to critically assess and review designs by others, develop their own team and client base, and win work with support from the Structures Team.
