As a Client Service Officer, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and maximising customer experience for our clients. You will be responsible for contact centre inbound and outbound call enquiries, assisting with client enquiries in line with the company's service offering, and liaising with key relationships.

**Job Description: **

  • Contact Centre Inbound and Outbound Call Enquiries
  • Assist with Client Enquiries in Line with Company's Service Offering
  • Liaise with Key Relationships

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven Client Service Experience in a Call Centre Environment
  • Knowledge of Insurance or Banking Products and Familiarity with Platform Products and Wrap Services (Desirable)
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
