Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Crew Member. This role involves greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner, taking their orders, and preparing food according to our standards and recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food for customers, including cooking, grilling, frying, and assembling food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Quick service restaurant experience is highly preferred.
