Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our project delivery team. The role will involve coordinating scoping, pricing and preparation of projects proposals, as well as managing the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing project scope documents, estimating tasks and coordinating subcontractor sourcing and evaluation.
  • Managing project documentation, ensuring it is effectively managed and retrievable on demand.
  • Ensuring all relevant estate data is captured for each project and provided to the project support services.
  • Facilitating project close out, including handover and archiving of project documentation.
  • Managing internal systems to accurately reflect practical completion times and trigger financial closure of projects.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cost planning and project management controls principles and practices.
  • Excellent oral and written skills, with experience in preparing proposals highly regarded.
  • High level of computer skills, including MS Office and SAP project system.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
