Student Accommodation Director

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to lead our student accommodation team and contribute to the success of our students.
About the Job- Maximise occupancy and revenue while monitoring expenses.
- Oversee administrative systems, including staffing rotas and performance management.
- Liaise with teams to ensure an exceptional student experience.
- Work independently, using initiative to solve problems and implement improvements.
- Manage the Residential Administration Team and Accommodation Officer.
- Travel between sites as needed.
- A strong team player with a passion for working with young people and delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in administration, budgeting, and accommodation operations, preferably in an educational setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively, self-manage deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
