Apprentice Spray Painter Job Description

This role involves working with our automotive repair team to deliver high-quality workmanship. The responsibilities include colour matching, preparing vehicles as per job sheets following paint supplier's process, priming vehicles as per job sheets following paint supplier's process, painting vehicles as per job sheets following paint supplier's process, buffing and denibbing vehicles as per job sheets.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Colour match vehicle
  • Prep vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process
  • Prime vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process
  • Paint vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process
  • Buff and denib vehicle as per Job Sheet

In addition to these tasks, the candidate may be required to perform minor/small repairs as per Job Sheet upon request.

Candidate Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a genuine interest in the Automotive industry, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn. You must also be reliable and have good attention to detail.
