Vehicles Refinisher

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our workshop team where you will be responsible for restoring and refinishing bus fleet vehicles to a high standard.

• You will be involved in the end-to-end painting process of vehicles, including sealing, sanding, masking, priming, and spray painting.
• Cut & polish detailing is also required to prepare vehicles for services.
• You must ensure all repairs meet industry compliance requirements and company expectations.
• Mentoring and assisting apprentices and trade assistants as required while ensuring they complete work safely and at the required quality is also part of this role.

• A Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or other relevant qualification.
• Proven experience in spray painting, preferably in heavy vehicles or large surface areas.
• A Medium Rigid (MR) licence or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
• A Forklift licence is preferred but not mandatory.
• A good understanding of workshop operations is advantageous.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
