Role Overview:

In this part-time role, you will work to deliver tailored therapy solutions to clients in their homes within the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to address specific client needs.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy, create customised exercise programs, and recommend appropriate mobility aids where necessary to support optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and client progress to track ongoing improvement.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices and advance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualifications.
  • Registration with the relevant health practitioners' agency.
  • Previous experience working with older adults is highly valued but not essential for this role.
  • National police clearance is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
