About This Role

  • You will have 5+ years' experience in loan markets, gained within a top-tier firm or respected mid-tier firm, or in-house, focusing on real estate finance, including acquisition and development finance.\
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging directly with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.\
  • Superior analytical and drafting skills are necessary for creating high-quality finance documents and negotiating agreements effectively.\
