Senior Associate - Real Estate Finance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our prestigious Real Estate Finance team.

The ideal candidate will be involved in leading complex transactions, drafting and negotiating finance documents, managing and mentoring junior lawyers, and driving matter strategy.

You will play a pivotal role in nurturing key client relationships, contributing to thought leadership initiatives, and supporting the ongoing growth of the team through business development, training, and knowledge-sharing.

  • 5+ years' experience in loan markets gained within a top-tier firm, respected mid-tier firm, or in-house with expertise in real estate finance, including acquisition and development finance.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating finance documents in real estate financing transactions, including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and side deeds. This will include familiarity with relevant APLMA precedents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and superior analytical and drafting skills.
