We're seeking experienced professionals who can drive business growth, build lasting relationships, and ensure high-quality services for our clients. The team is comprised of dedicated real estate finance specialists who provide expert support to institutional and corporate real estate clients. This role involves working closely with senior client directors, attending client meetings, and contributing to the development of mutually beneficial relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORTING CLIENT DIRECTORS: Collaborate with senior client directors to deliver exceptional service and drive income growth.
  • CREDIT SUBMISSIONS AND DEAL STRUCTURING: Assist in credit submissions, deal structuring, financial modeling, and project evaluation for new and existing clients.
  • RISK MANAGEMENT: Ensure effective risk management practices are implemented and maintained, and that credit quality is never compromised.
  • REPORTING AND REVIEW: Provide timely reports on business processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT: Participate in industry events and functions to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in real estate finance, preferably in banking, investment banking, corporate finance, or advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of project/development finance, financial modeling, and real estate markets and valuation methodology.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a commercial focus on credit quality and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline.
