Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our client's team and take responsibility for all aspects of digital and social campaign management and implementation. You will create and execute an ever-evolving digital and content strategy, analyse and report on the best ways to optimise channels within the marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role (property marketing preferred), excellent Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Graphic Design skills, and a friendly demeanour with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.

Salary Package: Up to $130K

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing targeted EDM campaigns
  • Establish a marketing and communications strategy
  • Managing all relevant marketing and communications and subscription platforms
  • COPYWRITING AND CONTENT CREATION
  • Contact for third party creative/marketing consultants including creative agencies
  • Assist with organising and managing events
  • Manage digital marketing budgets
  • Setup of Google Adwords and analytics, as well as advertising and SEO
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (property marketing preferred)
  • Excellent Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Graphic Design skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • A friendly demeanour with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to apply critical thinking to all digital outputs
  • Demonstrated autonomous experience in the execution of strategy and brand initiatives
