We are seeking a Senior Model Manager who embodies the innovative spirit and passion for great filmmaking.

  • Manage multiple projects effectively, delegating tasks as needed and directly leading asset modelling when required.
  • Collaborate with VFX Supervisor and Head of Department to supervise, quality control and deliver models for CG assets, ensuring style and quality meet production requirements.
  • Consult with VFX Supervisor, CG Supervisor, Head of Department and Leads to assess technical feasibility of designs and implement production-friendly workflows.
  • Responsible for bidding work on multiple projects and driving overall modelling schedule, balancing artistic and productivity requirements.
  • Aware of creative decisions' impact on show's schedule and willing to adjust choices to stay on track.

Main Responsibilities:

Bid Work and Scheduling

We are looking for someone with experience in bidding and scheduling to oversee the project's progress and ensure timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify potential roadblocks and find solutions.
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze project timelines to ensure they align with company goals.

Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

Creative Expertise

We require someone with extensive knowledge in Maya, Zeno and other related software. Proficiency in Zbrush and sculpting software is also essential.

  • Expert-level skills in computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D modeling.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or C++.
  • Ability to create high-quality models and textures within tight deadlines.
