Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities. This includes developing project-specific Inspection and Test Plans, quality documentation, and check sheets.

  • Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities for electrical installations, testing, and commissioning.
  • Develop project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and check sheets in alignment with contract requirements.
  • Oversee completions processes, ensuring accurate tracking of work progress, punch lists, and handover documentation.
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews to verify compliance with design, codes, and standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams on quality standards and best practices.
  • Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
  • Review and verify test packs, pre-commissioning and commissioning records prior to final acceptance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying non-conformances, implementing corrective actions, and facilitating lessons learned.
Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. The role involves leading quality assurance and quality control activities, including the development of project-specific Inspection and Test Plans and quality documentation.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of quality standards and best practices and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
