Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous broker to manage a portfolio of corporate risk for our global broking house. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate insurance and a strong understanding of complex risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain an existing portfolio of SME and Mid-Market Risks
  • Manage a portfolio of $300k and 40 clients
  • Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients
  • Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets
  • Plan and develop client retention strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in corporate insurance
  • Product experience including ISR, Crisis Management and Corporate Travel
  • Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio
  • Networking and relationship building skills
  • Proven experience in developing new business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact with Managing Directors, Insurance Manager, CFO's and CEO's of large enterprises
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Tier 1 broking essential
  • Competent in IT and office procedures
