Are you a motivated and organized individual looking to specialize in wills and estates law? Do you have a keen interest in assisting senior lawyers with complex cases? We have an exciting opportunity for a Wills and Estates Administrator to join our team at AFL Recruitment.

Your Role

As the right-hand person to a senior associate and partner in our winning wills and estates law team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support with all types of wills, estates planning, asset planning, trusts, and probate issues. Your duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients, barristers, solicitors, and third parties
  • Managing client files and preparing legal documents
  • Preparing briefs for barristers and diary management
  • Engaging in ad-hoc projects and general administration
  • Assisting with billing and trust accounts

Who you are

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary or paralegal in wills and estates law. You should have strong Microsoft Office skills, typing speed over 60wpm, and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. If you are proactive, results-oriented, and can multi-task, we want to hear from you.
