Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our PowerBI and AI initiatives. This role focuses on project management for data integration, AI solutions, and PowerBI reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and working with vendors.

  • Project Leadership: Manage and lead projects focused on data integration, AI solutions, and PowerBI reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Presentation & Visualization: Collaborate with teams to identify data needs and design PowerBI dashboards, reports, and other data presentation tools to provide actionable insights.
  • AI Solutions Implementation: Work with third-party vendors and partners to identify and implement AI tools that enhance data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly collaborate with executives, VPs, and department heads to understand their data needs and provide innovative data solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 2 years focused on PowerBI and data presentation.
  • Experience with AI-driven projects in data analytics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and working with vendors.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies for business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with both technical teams and executive leadership.
Benefits:
