Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to contribute to our organization's data analytics group. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for data, enjoy deriving insights, and have experience improving data quality.

The successful analyst will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights, building scalable automation solutions using SQL and other tools, creating data visualizations to communicate complex ideas, and developing strategic problem-solving skills.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing core tables, building dashboards, defining metrics, conducting ad hoc analyses, and performing deep dive investigations.

  • Perform strategic analysis and research to identify new opportunities for business improvement
  • Create data visualizations to communicate analytic results across the organization

  • Develop strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills

Strong candidates will have 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics, a bachelor's degree in a quantitative major, and expertise in SQL, data visualization, and statistics.

Lead Data Analysts will require all of the above plus 8+ years of industry experience in data analytics and a deep understanding of statistics and experience applying them to solve business problems.
