About the Position

This role will be responsible for assisting the General Manager Hamersley Public Golf Course with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Hamersley Public Golf Course, Pro Shop, and driving Range. The ideal candidate will provide the highest levels of customer service and maintain a safe environment for patrons of the Hamersley Public Golf Course.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Hamersley Public Golf Course, Pro Shop, and driving Range.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patrons of the Hamersley Public Golf Course.
  • Maintaining a safe environment for patrons of the Hamersley Public Golf Course.
  • Undertaking the delivery of customer service, course bookings, course marshalling, and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the facilities of the golf course.
About You

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Retail sales experience of golf products.
  • Demonstrated accurate cash handling skills.
  • Manage online booking system and phone bookings for tee times.
  • Monitoring pace of play and course marshalling daily.
  • Range ball collection and cleaning daily.
  • Maintenance schedules and checklists completed daily.
