About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ICT leader to oversee the delivery, security, and performance of our technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a high-performing ICT team in achieving strategic objectives
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute ICT projects from initiation through to completion with minimal risk
  • Develop and implement ICT policies aligned with business goals
  • Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of network systems, data management, and software applications
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 7–10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing IT teams, projects, and infrastructure with exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as the Essential Eight
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and ICT governance
