">Job Description:As a Nurse Leader, you will provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.
Multitask, prioritize, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes.
Active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred.
Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.
