**A typical day will have you**:
- Lead an established team of highly qualified and passionate nurses in a small team supported by our lovely and equally passionate admin team of two
- Ensure services are delivered to our community of clients with the highest level of clinical care
- Establish and maintain good external and internal stakeholder relationships
- Business Development

- Facilitate a great employee experience by supporting their development, identifying and providing training opportunities and connections within the team
- Support the program to run in a financially sustainable way
- Management of risks and compliance
**We're looking for someone**:
- Who is a Registered Nurse, and open to all backgrounds such as home care, community nursing, residential services, etc.
- With people leadership skills and history of leading and guiding others to perform at their best
- With a passion for community nursing
- with Values that align with Benetas - Respect, Responsibility, Community and Spirit
- A drivers licence is required for visiting team members

- Located in the Blackburn Office, with one day working from home (after probation)
- Thorough handover and induction with current team leader who is staying within the In Home Nursing team
- Not-for-profit salary packaging for $15,800 per year for general bills and expenses, plus an additional $2,500 for meals and entertainment - offering you more take home pay with less tax
