Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, shopping, and domestic tasks to maintain their independence.
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients, including transportation to appointments and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that prioritizes the well-being and dignity of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably with seniors.
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
