About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist customers with meal preparation and shopping, as well as provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide a high level of customer care and support.
