About the Role

Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking a highly skilled BMS Service Technician to join our team. As a BMS Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the building automation and energy management industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and Maintenance: Carry out scheduled service and updates for BMS and Building Automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Configuration and Programming: Configure and program BMS/HVAC control systems, including commissioning and small project works.
  • Energy Efficiency: Carry out scheduled routine maintenance in a specific region, improving energy efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to recommend upgrades, integration, and building efficiency solutions.
  • Reporting: Produce accurate service reports, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and commissioning reports as required, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Programming and Commissioning: Proven experience in programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC systems, including IP-related protocols, networking, and communications.
  • Controls Protocols: Strong knowledge of controls protocols, including BACnet and Modbus.
  • Electrical Licence: Restricted Electrical Licence and current Australian Drivers Licence.
