About the Role

Due to growth and recent new service contacts successfully tendered, there is an immediate requirement for 3 x BMS service technicians.

Typically, you would work Monday-Friday 40 hours, with an on-call roster, with ample opportunity for overtime if desired, allowing for lucrative earning potential.

To secure this role, you will have worked as a BMS service technician and ideally have experience with either Niagara, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnston Controls products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and commission BMS/DDC controls.
  • Fault finding, repairs, software configuration, and basic programming.
  • Identify repair and upgrade opportunities.
  • Work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Trade certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Air-conditioning/Refrigeration (disconnect/reconnect license if not electrical).
  • WHS Construction Induction Card.
  • Experience with any BMS controls (Niagara, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnston Controls).
  • Strong technical, fault-finding, and decision-making skills.
  • Confidence in quoting small works.
