Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Service Supervisor to lead our team of technicians in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a BMS Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's daily activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6-10 technicians in providing BMS service and maintenance
  • Work closely with the account manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize BMS performance and efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Identify and address any technical issues or concerns

Requirements

  • Proven experience in BMS service and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and BMS systems
  • Experience in leading a team and providing technical guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
