**Job Opportunity: Female Support Worker**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female support worker to provide exceptional care and support to an active young adult with Autism.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high level of vigilance and attentiveness is required to ensure the client's safety and well-being at all times.

This role involves morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional extended afternoons. Every second weekend, the client will be taken out to engage in their favorite activities, allowing the family some downtime.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the client's life and provide valuable support to their family.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personalized care and support to the client with Autism
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and their family
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the client receives comprehensive care
