Aviation Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aviation Technician to join our team. As an Aviation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft on the ground.

Responsibilities:
  • Aircraft Movement: Move aircraft to and from gates and parking positions, following established safety procedures.
  • Fueling and Storage: Fuel aircraft and ensure they are properly stored in designated areas.
  • Ground Service Equipment Operations: Operate ground service equipment such as tugs, fuel trucks, and shuttles to support aircraft movement and fueling operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients by being responsive to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; preference given to those with aviation-related training or certifications.
  2. Age and Driver's License: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid state driver's license.
  3. Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
