About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a diverse marketing role. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in marketing and be ready to grow with us.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the coordination and execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives that align with both short-term campaigns and long-term brand goals. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, working closely with SEO and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, collaborating with SEO and analytics teams.
  • Maintain and enhance our website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Create content for internal and external communications, including web, email, intranet, and social media.
  • Evaluate and ensure all marketing collateral aligns with our brand voice and identity.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital assets and marketing calendars, monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed.

About You

We're looking for someone who has a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, proven experience in content writing and brand messaging, and competency in using content management systems and email marketing tools. A diploma or tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience) is also desirable.
