Duties
  • Manage bus drivers emphasizing safety.

  • Ensure accurate and timely incident reporting.

  • Advocate for Diversity, Inclusion programs and Reconciliation Action Plans.

  • Allocating buses efficiently
  • Reporting incidents and accidents
  • Developing staff through ongoing training
  • Ensuring the organization's diversity and inclusion goals are met
About You

We are seeking candidates with industry experience in transport or logistics. Required qualifications include a MR licence and Working with Children Check.

Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. Intermediate computer literacy is also required.
