Forensic Services Department Lead

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of leading our Forensic Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the provision of forensic chemical trace evidence services to law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating activities within the department, including task prioritization, quality assurance, and casework acceptance criteria monitoring. You will lead, develop, and motivate personnel within the department, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.

You will also identify opportunities for process improvement, participate in, and drive business improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction, addressing any issues that may arise in a constructive manner.
