About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and take ownership of department operations. We are seeking experienced retail professionals to manage our departments, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our store.

As a Department Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of your department, including full responsibility for sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements. You will also have opportunities to develop your leadership skills and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet sales targets and operational objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, stock levels, and employee performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance
