Key Role in a Thriving Transactional Services Team

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced lawyers to take a leading role on domestic and cross border transactions for a range of high-profile projects across the Asia Pacific.

  • As a key member of the transactional services team, you will be directly managing client expectations and lines of enquiry, requiring strong advisory and client relationship skills.
  • You will also be responsible for working closely with partners on business development activities to identify new client opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for qualified lawyers with between four to eight years post-qualification experience gained in private practice.

  • Demonstrated experience working on private and/or public M&A transactions is essential.
  • Infrastructure and/or energy sector experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences.
