Job Opportunity: Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced mergers and acquisitions lawyer to join our national firm in Sydney.

  • Receive excellent training and mentorship from our team of experts.
  • Contribute to complex transactions, including Private Equity deals and corporate governance advice.

The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of post-admission experience in Corporate law, preferably in either Private Equity or ECM. A positive attitude is essential for success in this role.

Duties:
  • Work on M&A deals and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Assist with equity capital markets transactions.
  • Provide corporate governance advice to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Law (LLB or Juris Doctor).
  • Admitted to practice as a solicitor in Australia.
  • 1-6 years of post-admission experience in Corporate law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of Australian corporate law and regulations.
