About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a senior backend developer. You'll play a key role in designing and developing our API, working closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-performance shared applications and tools that enable our engineering team to deliver great work.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements.
  • Participate in architectural decisions across our engineering platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements
  • You're an experienced software engineer with strong backend skills, preferably in Node or Python.
  • Familiarity with AWS (or another cloud provider) and comfortability working in cloud-based environments.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a desire to provide guidance to junior engineers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
