We are seeking a seasoned backend engineer to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to work on complex projects that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying internal solutions and hands-on software development. This will involve working closely with leads, designers, and product managers to deliver features and services to our internal customers.

As part of this role, you will primarily work on the backend using Java, but may need to work with other languages and environments. You will also facilitate knowledge sharing and optimally advocate for engineering needs to technical and non-technical team members within the group.

Additionally, you will model initiatives and ownership in achieving goals, improving processes and solutions, and find opportunities for cross-team collaboration to work on new insights and improvements that help achieve our goals.
