Key Responsibilities

This role involves promoting and selling products to meet customer needs, supplying service technicians with parts as required, researching and interpreting parts requirements, and placing machine down and stock orders.

The incumbent will also verify receipting-in of shipments, assist with delivery to proper inventory locations, prepare and maintain merchandise displays, keep the parts department clean and orderly, follow up on back orders and shortages, advance issues by reporting to the manager, and maintain current product knowledge.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Parts Interpreter. The successful candidate will have a high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills, basic knowledge of data entry and machinery, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
