We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Learn to Swim Instructors. As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering an award-winning learn to swim program to over 7,000 students across 5 aquatic venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching: Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and their families during the learn to swim journey.
  • Class Management: Manage class programming and meet program outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Attend in-service training and team meetings for ongoing professional development.
  • Community Promotion: Promote swimming and water safety to the community through our learn to swim program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Aqua Learn to Swim Teacher Training: The ability to complete our internal Aqua Learn to Swim Teacher training program or hold current Austswim, Swim Australia, and/or Royal Life Saving Society learn to swim teacher accreditation.
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR certification is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Working with Children Check: A current Working with Children Check is also required.
