We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to join our team, ensuring seamless daily operations and accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate will drive compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration across the business.
This role offers autonomy, allowing you to work independently while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff and contractor HR queries
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and contract variations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Drive HR communications and engagement activities to foster a connected workplace
- Maintain HR records and compliance frameworks, keeping us sharp and professional
- Support employee relations, change management, and continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Strong HR coordination/administration background
- Understanding of Australian employment law and compliance
- Excellent communication, organisation, and systems skills
Bonus Points:
- Healthcare or aged care experience
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Employment Hero
