
HR Operations Coordinator

This role plays a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of daily HR activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of HR & Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate documentation and compliance across the business.
This includes driving onboarding, offboarding, contract variations, and other key tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff and contractor HR inquiries
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and contract modifications to ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Develop and implement HR communication strategies that foster a connected workplace
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and compliance frameworks
- Support employee relations, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- A strong background in HR coordination/administration
- Familiarity with Australian employment law and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, organization, and systems skills
