Key Responsibilities:- Manage incidents, problems, and requests end-to-end.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in IT or a related field.
- Formal qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Service Management e.g. ITIL.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar or related IT Service Desk role.
- Expert knowledge and/or experience in relevant technologies.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, relationship building, and client servicing skills.
- Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment.
