Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced parts expert to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for interpreting parts, processing customer orders, dispatching products and parts efficiently, and promoting specials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret parts
  • Process customer orders
  • Dispatch products and parts efficiently
  • Promote specials
  • Arrange buy-ins
  • Process customer credits
  • Be the first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe and make it home
