Overview

Automotive Parts Interpreter - NAPA Beresfield - Full Time. Interpret parts, process customer orders, dispatch products and parts; be the first point of contact for our customers.

About The Role

Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, solve problems, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret parts
  • Process customer orders
  • Efficiently dispatch products and parts
  • Promote specials
  • Arrange buy ins
  • Process customer credits
  • First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

  • Parts interpreting "know how" (your technical parts knowledge)
