Live Event Production Manager

The Lead Theatre Technician will be responsible for managing a team of technical professionals to deliver live events that meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise technical teams during productions and events ensuring seamless execution.
- Carry out diverse technical duties including design, vision, staging, and set construction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of all equipment and systems.
- Establish and promote a strong safety culture by coordinating WHS practices and participating in training and inductions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, community clients, and artists to deliver exceptional visitor and artist experiences.
- Hold a current C Class Driver's Licence.
- Possess Certificate 3 in Live Production and Technical Services or equivalent entertainment industry experience/trade/tertiary qualification.
- Availability to work as required including evenings and weekends within Full-Time hours per week.
- Appointment subject to satisfactory criminal history check.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
