About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled digital marketer with experience in managing ad accounts across various platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and refining quarterly and campaign-level plans to hit ROAS targets.

  • Paid Media Strategy: Drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the ad ops workflow from targeting and creative specs to QA and tracking setup.
  • Optimisation & Experimentation: Use data and tools to test, learn, and optimise campaigns.
  • Media Planning & Forecasting: Model reach, size audiences, and forecast performance and spend.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Activation: Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align messaging and assets.
  • Audience Segmentation & Retargeting: Build and manage retargeting and lifecycle segments.
