Training and Development Specialist

This is a dynamic role that will support the development and delivery of tailored training strategies to drive business adoption and capability uplift.

About the Job
  • This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand organisational requirements and develop targeted training solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, enabling them to create high-impact training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To develop and deliver engaging training strategies and materials to support large-scale transformation programs.
  2. To collaborate with program teams and business stakeholders to align training with program objectives.
  3. To support the full training cycle: needs assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  4. To facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person) and manage training schedules.
  5. To monitor and report on training outcomes, ensuring uptake and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end training design and delivery within large-scale programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging training resources (guides, modules, videos, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks (desirable).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
