Job Title: Infrastructure Delivery Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to support our ongoing road and civil infrastructure upgrade projects in Sydney, AU. With a long-term contract ahead, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile road projects across the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project setup and execution for road-related civil projects
  • Oversee subcontractor works to ensure alignment with project scope and quality standards
  • Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Monitor safety compliance and quality assurance on-site
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of project engineering tasks and grow within the role.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar civil engineering role
  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Strong experience in roadworks, kerb and gutter, or asphalt works preferred
  • Familiarity with NSW civil construction standards highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and site coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
