Senior Infrastructure Delivery Specialist

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of utility projects across the water and sewer sector.

  • They will work with project teams to ensure effective resource utilisation and a safe system of work is maintained on site.
  • Planning project execution daily with the project teams, ensuring that program and contract requirements are met.
  • Ensure key project deliverables of cost, time, and quality are met.
  • Resolve technical, commercial, and scheduling issues.
  • Build relationships with other staff in the company and with client teams.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in construction, with a minimum of 2 years' experience working on Water & Sewer Infrastructure projects.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, organisational, communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate skillset in stakeholder management and have managed a large team in terms of project delivery.
