Job Title: Customer Experience Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the Customer Experience function, ensuring seamless customer support across Domain's Real Time Agent product.

This role involves leading a team of CX Partners, driving process improvements, and implementing automation to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customer experience strategies
  • Leading a small local and international team of CX Partners
  • Collaborating with Product & Tech teams for vital customer feedback and product improvements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing a team in a Customer Experience / Contact Centre environment
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk and operations focus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Nice-to-haves: tech/SaaS industry experience, forecasting and capacity planning skills
